Simple ported version of TeamBets
Features:
- Usage: !bet t/ct amount/all, example !bet ct 1400 or !bet t all
Config:

- MinBetAmount (Minimum bet amount; players cannot bet if the value is less than this)
- MaxBetAmount (Maximum bet amount; players cannot bet if the value is higher than this)
